摘要：The article discusses the problems of preserving and passing on to the next generations
cultural traditions and characteristics of ethnic groups in the context of globalization and unification
of the human genesis of development. Examples of such mechanisms and technologies in Russia and
Taiwan is given. Aspects of the manifestation of cultural identity and the dynamics of its
development are considered, as well as proposed projects to support state technologies for archiving
and distributing information about cultural values.
